  Policies & Procedures

For Members and Candidates Only: Follow these instructions to download the latest edition of The Policies and Procedures of the Training Program.

You will need to use a recent version of Microsoft Word to open and read the document.

The instructions will vary depending on the kind of Internet browsers you are using.

If you are using the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser . . .

1. Click here.

2. Your Microsoft Word application will begin to launch.

3. A "Dialogue Box" will appear requesting that you enter a password.

4. Enter your password -- (Remember the password is case sensitive).

5. If you are asked to enter your password a second time, please do so.

6. You will be able to read the latest edition of The Policies and Procedures of the Training Program.

If you are using a browser such as Netscape or Opera . . .

1. Click here.

2. A dialogue box will appear asking you whether or not you would like to "Open" the document or "Save" the document to your computer:
    If you click "Open," your Microsoft Word application will begin to launch:
    • You will be asked to enter your password -- (Remember the password is case sensitive).
    • If you are asked to enter your password a second time, then do so.
    If you click, "Save," you will be storing the document onto your computer for viewing at a later time:
    • Rememeber where your document is stored.
    • When you do attempt to open your document your Microsoft Word application will begin to launch:
        • You will be asked to enter your password.
        • Enter your password.
        • If you are asked to enter your password a second time, then do so.
        • You will be able to read the latest edition of The Policies and Procedures of the Training Program.
